Leica M8.2, an updated version of its Leica M8 digital rangefinder camera said to be the first classic of digital photography, was released in January 2008 featuring the same body as the M8. It comes with black and silver colors.

Leica M8.2 is neither point-and-shoot camera nor DSL camera. It is a rangefinder camera that also requires attached lens. Think about this camera only if you are camera maniac and have plenty of extra bucks to spend. Its body alone costs more than $ 6,000 at either Amazon or bhphotovideo after adding tax.
