You probably have known the story of the boy and the snake in Setbo, Sa-ang district of Kandal Province. Google it, if you have never heard about that. :d

Last Saturday, Magnus, a flickr acquaintance, invited me to go with him to take photos of the boy and the snake. He saw their photos on flickr and decided to fly here from Sweden to capture them by himself, though I am sure that it is not his sole purpose of coming here. Here are two photos of them.

I like your Blog! Many interesting things here! Next time you can also invite me, if you have something exciting coming up like this photo shoot opportunity of the snake boy 😉

  2. tumnei says:

It is nice to see you here, Ari. Hope to see you again before you move to Laos.

  3. Sothy says:

This is really cool, Phal. He seems not to be afraid of the snake at all.

  4. tumnei says:

It is said that they are lovers in the previous life. They even slept in the same bed when their were younger. Both the boy and snake are now 9 years old.

  5. Magnus says:

Thanks for your time , think you have a great shot then they carried out “Chamron”

If anybody go there please bring a new t-shirt to the boy …..

Thank for dropping by and leaving a comment here, Magnus. It was my pleasure to see you and yeah to hold your Canon 5D Mark II for a few minutes. hhehe. Yeah I did get a few shots when they took the snake out, but they was just so-so, as there were bystanders in my frames.
