This is not my first time to post the photos of Independence Monument. I have been there shooting for countless of times, but this is my first time to use painting technique to give more light to the foreground subjects. Here are my two favorite shots.

Independent Monument at Night

Fountain and Independence Monument

Amazing photos! Is the technique available on every DSLR?

  2. Boran says:

    painting technique?

In the first photo I did light painting on the foreground tree leaves as I wanted to give more light on them. In the second photo i want to freeze the fountain water giving effect of mixing the silky water and frozen water drop.

Normally we need to mount our camera on a tripod with slow shutter-speed exposure. You can use torch to paint your subject. But in this case, I used my flash manually to paint my subjects.
