Last month my friend and I scouted around both in downtown and outskirt of Phnom Penh for the whole morning for our shooting. Central Market was one of the places we dropped on that day for some shootings and lunch. The lobster, not what we usually order for lunch, was not bad. Below are some of the photos.

Nice pic!!! It looks really pretty!! But order, I don’t know how they order it. One thing I know, florist shop is here and there. I don’t see the beauty in that, honestly.

  6. tumnei says:

Let’s see after it is fully completed. :d

  7. i think the new construction infront of new market look so bad and block the dome and the wings of the market!

  8. Sophat says:

Thanks for sharing. I agree with Sopheak, the front gate and main entry should have been left wider. Also, they should have changed to ‘font’ of the Khmer letters making it look better.

  9. tumnei says:

I think there is no choice as they need more outlets. Those kiosks existed before the renovation, they just made it look better, if I am right.

The problem to me is that there is still no proper parking lot. It would be great if they can afford underground parking space.

  10. Sophat says:

I agree that underground parking is probably the only viable solution in the Phsar Thmei area.

Can you still find happy pizza in phnom penh? i heard that they do have ‘happy’ pizza but it’s ust normal, no special toppinds anymore. is that true?

  12. tumnei says:

I used to see Pizza rest. by the name of Happy. Yeah, it is likely that they no longer serve the happy toppings.

  13. ccdev says:

no, god…..ahhh, i have missed an experience of a lifetime. someone, please tell me that i can still find a genuine ‘happy’ pizza in phnom penh. anyone, please…..
