Bangkok-ized Phnom Penh?

In the recent years, many high-rises have come one after another, especially along Monivong Blvd. Since public transportation in Phnom Penh is barely exists, future congestion is pretty imaginable. During this long holiday, I were able to get some shots of Phnom Penh along Blvd.

If you have followed this blog long enough, you might notice that long exposure is one my favorite subject of photography. Last Sunday I went for some light tails again but this time with Hoya NDX8 I just borrowed from a friend, I were able to drag my shutter speed as long as almost 600 seconds or ten minutes. With such a long exposure, noise is pretty unavoidable and noticeable when it is viewed in high resolution.

Since I am staying in Khoa San Road, a walkable distance to Choa Phraya river, I decided to head for it on my first evening in Bangkok. The sky was neither boring nor breathtaking, but i was well-content with the trip.
